Reading the site
The site does not require an account. Its published front-end code does not include advertising trackers, analytics libraries, social-media embeds or third-party fonts. Photographs, stylesheets and scripts are requested from the site's own origin.
Delivering a website necessarily exposes technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security systems may process or log this information for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. This notice does not promise that server logs are absent or specify an unverified hosting retention period.
The contact drafting tool
Names, email addresses and message text entered in the contact tool are used in the current browser page to construct a draft. The site's script does not submit them to a server, save them in local storage or send an email. Refreshing or leaving the page normally removes the in-memory draft, although browsers may independently restore form fields.
If you choose Copy Message, the text is placed on your device clipboard when permission is available. If you choose Download Text, a file is created on your device. Your operating system, browser, clipboard manager or backup services may retain those items under their own settings.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email, the address, message and any attachments are processed by the email services involved and may be kept to handle your request, maintain correspondence, address misuse or meet applicable obligations. Send only the information necessary for your question. Do not send sensitive personal records or information about other people without an appropriate basis.
Correspondence should not be kept longer than reasonably needed for those purposes. You may ask about a particular message or request its deletion; legal, security or recordkeeping needs may limit what can be removed.
Browser preferences
The Cookies page lets you save or remove a browser preference. If you make a choice, the script stores the choice and an update timestamp in local storage under happybazaarcottagecr.preferences. It does not contain contact-form details. No analytics or advertising feature is activated by that choice.
Sharing and external links
